科研成果

从事植物油脂和蛋白质的加工利用等方面的科研工作,主要参与“十四五国家重点研发计划子课题”、黑龙江省“百千万”工程重大科技专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多项国家级和省部级科研项目。近三年,以第一作者/通讯作者发表论文16篇,中科院一区TOP期刊14篇,申请1项发明专利(实用新型),部分代表性项目和论文如下:
